About the Role

We are seeking anAdministrative Assistantto support our team with daily administrative tasks and lead generation activities. This is an entry-level role suitable for SPM leavers who want to gain office experience while working mostly from home. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Do data entry, filing, and update company records or systems.
  • Handle basic email, WhatsApp, and phone communication.
  • Collect and update information of potential customers (lead generation).
  • Assist in sending prepared messages or emails to leads.
  • Support team with scheduling, simple reports, and follow-ups.
  • Other ad-hoc admin tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office).
  • Able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Own laptop/computer and stable internet connection (for remote work).
  • Responsible, self-disciplined, and willing to learn.
