Monitor and triage incidents; assign or resolve as needed.
Perform minor code fixes and configuration changes.
Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
Participate in monthly OS patching validation and post-patch testing.
Collaborate with Service Desk and vendors for escalations.
Skills & Experience
Basic programming knowledge (Java, .NET, or similar).
Ability to write and execute SQL queries.
Familiarity with ITIL Incident Management.
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Ability to work rotational shifts and on-call standby.
