Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Assistant Manager, Business Development to support revenue growth through marketing initiatives, corporate partnerships, and client engagement. This role focuses on building strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance partners, and TPAs while promoting healthcare services through events, health talks, and targeted programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Planning & Marketing

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for corporate and institutional clients
  • Develop service packages and pricing proposals for potential clients
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

Client & Partnership Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, TPAs, and insurance partners
  • Conduct regular client visits, courtesy calls, and follow-ups
  • Address client feedback proactively and work with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Update clients on new services, consultants, and upcoming events

Corporate Events & Outreach

  • Organise corporate health talks, wellness programmes, and health screening events
  • Coordinate on-site and off-site services such as health checks, vaccinations, and wellness initiatives
  • Work closely with clinical and support departments to ensure smooth execution of events

Market & Performance Reporting

  • Track client engagement, service utilisation, and revenue contribution
  • Provide regular updates on marketing activities, follow-ups, and sales pipelines
  • Support the Manager in setting and monitoring marketing and sales objectives
  • Gather market and customer insights to support strategic decision-making

Requirements and Qualification

  • Possess Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry, corporate sales, business development, or key account management is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexible and willing to work weekends when required
  • A dynamic team player with a proactive mindset
