About the Job
Reporting to a Manager and responsible in assisting with developing strategic design, implementation and management of marketing communications and digital media strategies across relevant platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor monthly media buys across Google, TikTok, and Meta platforms. This includes developing media strategies, optimizing campaigns, and managing SEM initiatives, supported by regular performance analysis and reporting.
- Manage and maintain the CRM platform Ensure data accuracy, oversee campaign setups, track customer engagement, and support overall CRM-driven marketing initiatives.
- Develops marketing communications literature and campaigns across all mediums including digital and social media
- Creates marketing and promotional materials, both digital and print to support sales channels and operations-related initiatives
- Copywrites, edits and proofreads marketing related materials
- Recommends, implements and maintains site design and operations: updates of content for website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Works with supervisor and business units to determine event / campaign budget and manages expenses to that budget
- Creates and delivers social media content, as well as website content population for Marketing purposes
- Assists immediate supervisor in running product campaigns and social media marketing
- Prepares digital marketing reports based on metrics and findings aligned with objectives set
- Handles departmental payments, procurement-related processes and budget tracking in compliance and consideration of guidelines put in place
- Performs ad-hoc related work as required
We are looking for people who
- Bachelor's Degree in Business related studies, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Comm, Creative Design
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in managing creative and media, performance marketing, CRM platform within communications department, or advertising agency
- Skills required: Performance Marketing (experience in Google Analytics, Meta and any CRM platform is a plus); Project management; Self-starter (plans and works without detailed instructions); Creativity; Ability to make constructive suggestions; Foresight of possible problems and creating solutions / opportunities; Undertake additional responsibilities; Responds to situations as they arise with minimal supervision; Problem-solving; Good interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders; Effective time management; Open to new technology as potential solutions to existing problems with sufficient research
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English language.
