Job Summary
This role supports daily processes by reconciling accounts, reviewing, and analyzing monthly financial data. Responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, reviewing corporate performance, assessing overhead costs, and evaluating sales team profitability. The candidate will prepare performance sheets, maintain financial databases, and generate required reports. A high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills is essential, along with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs duties in support of daily Process, to include a reconciliation of projects/accounts, review, and analysis of monthly financial data.
- Responsible for various financial functions such as analysis, monthly and quarterly corporation performance review, overhead cost review, and Sale team profitability.
- Prepares and maintains performance sheets of sales, costs, and profit & loss.
- Creates, maintains, and updates financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments, including reconciliation, summary, and analytical skills.
- Organized and detailed with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data, summarize key concepts and articulate appropriately.
- Appropriate handling of sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking/ Business Analytics, or equivalent.
- At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, prefer in stockbroking / financial industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the business nature needed).
