Job Description:
Business Partnering
- Partner with line managers and department heads to provide HR advisory support on people matters
- Understand business needs and proactively recommend HR solutions Support organizational design, workforce planning, and reporting line changes
Employee Relations
- Handle employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues
- Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices aligned with company policies and labor laws Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers
Performance Management
- Support performance review cycles (goal setting, mid-year, year-end reviews)
- Guide managers on performance improvement plans (PIP) and talent assessments Ensure timely completion and quality of performance documentation
Talent Management & Development
- Support talent review, succession planning, and high-potential identification
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives aligned with business needs Partner with managers on employee development plans
HR Operations & Policy Implementation
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Support compensation, benefits, job leveling, and internal mobility processes Maintain accurate HR data, reports, and documentation
Change Management & Culture
- Support change initiatives such as restructuring, new processes, or system implementations
- Promote company values, employee engagement, and a positive work culture Assist in employee communication and engagement activities
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and internal governance standards
- Support audits and HR reporting requirements Liaise with regional or global HR teams where applicable
Skills & Experience that WOW us:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with proven exposure to supporting multiple countries or working in a multinational environment.
- Strong exposure to HR practice rollout and project implementation, with a solid understanding of key HR disciplines such as Performance Management, Employee Relations, etc.
- Skilled at localizing HR frameworks for regional teams, with strong documentation abilities (e.g., SOPs, employee handbooks).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in additional regional languages (such as Thai, Vietnamese, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining HR logic to diverse audiences.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration, with strong project management to handle multiple markets.
- Analytical and adaptable, with a detail-oriented approach that ensures effective HR governance.
- Willingness and ability to travel across regions when required
