Purpose
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, content, and launch activities for township developments and property products to drive awareness, lead generation, and sales support.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager in the overall planning and implementation of effective Township and Phase Marketing and Sales Plans, ensuring timely execution of all new launches as per Budget Plan for the township under the Business Unit.
- Coordinate the development and production of marketing collateral, advertising materials, and campaign content across online and offline channels.
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital, ATL, PR, events, and on-ground activations, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
- Brief, coordinate, and follow up with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Support content planning for social media, digital platforms, and sales support materials in line with approved campaign direction.
- Assist in market research, competitor tracking, and data gathering to support campaign planning and product positioning.
- Support the planning and execution of launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
- Track and monitor A&P spending, POs, GRNs, and related documentation to ensure timely processing and budget control.
- Draft and coordinate campaign messages, announcements, and other marketing-related communications.
- Track, monitor, and report campaign, event, and lead generation performance, including preparing post-mortem analysis with clear recommendations to improve future campaigns, events, and launch activities.
- Provide constructive feedback to agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders on execution quality, campaign effectiveness, and improvement areas to support better future outcomes.
- Work closely with Sales and other internal stakeholders to support campaign implementation and launch readiness.
- Undertake other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related discipline.
- Minimum 4–6 years experience in property marketing, township development, or related industry.
- Experience in campaign execution, event coordination, and marketing collateral development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for reporting, analysis, budgeting, presentation materials, and working papers.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, content development, research, reporting, presentation preparation, and campaign optimisation, good organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Able to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and work proactively.
