Purpose: To support regulatory compliance coordination across regions through harmonization activities in review, filing and SAP controls. This is needed due to the below reasons;

  1. Enable regulatory changes to be implemented efficiently
  2. Reducing regulatory risks due to dependency on country based marketing leads to notify changes.
  3. Offer principal parties one PIC to drive regulatory projects requiring implementation across region. Manage updates moving at different speed across regions.
  4. Audit and ensure all SAP NOT data is correctly aligned to registration certificates
  5. Manage migration of registration documents into SharePoint centralized filing for one stop review of compliance across markets and faster regulatory submission works in mature and also emerging markets.

Job Responsibilities

(Immediate)

  • Assist in auditing all existing Registration Master Trackers to realize regulatory driven regional harmonization efforts are met (in formula code, current supply code and traceability to current BP PIF & SAP codes)
  • Project management responsibilities in implementation of standardized regulatory trackers.
  • Management of structured & centralized e-filing in SharePoint with provided archiving system. Drive data migration by target time.
  • Manage SOP for accurate upload and maintenance of regulatory Notification/Registration Numbers (NOT) into SAP to ensure compliance prior to product commercialization. Help in auditing and reconciliation

(Long term)

  • Assist in ensuring implementation of EU 2023/1545 (changes relating to additional allergen labeling for all fragrances originating from EU nations) Will act as SPOC for some brands in addition to Regional Regulatory
  • Build Packaging Material database for MPR/EPR reporting.
  • Help roll out cross-country regulatory coordination for brand partner global regulatory team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, or related discipline.

• 4-6 years of regulatory affairs experience, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or OTC pharmaceuticals.

• Strong Knowledge of ASEAN Cosmetic Directive and TAIWAN PIF requirements

  • Working experience in ASEAN multi-market regulatory frameworks
  • Working experience with any cosmetic specific cloud based repository platforms
  • Knowledge of working with SAP integrated systems are welcome.
  • Moderate to advance Excel user ability is critical. A lot of data cleaning and tracking logics will be required.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
