Job Description:
- Design and build working MVPs and proofs-of-concept using no-code, low-code, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks such as n8n or similar tools. Your builds demonstrate a proposed solution so that product and engineering can take it to production with confidence
- Talk to SEO operators and marketing stakeholders to understand how work currently gets done. Identify process bottlenecks, manual effort, and opportunities where AI agents or automation would create meaningful leverage
- Translate what you learn into clear workflow documentation, system logic, and requirements that allow the dev team to build reliably without repeated clarification loops
- Maintain a prioritised backlog of automation and agent opportunities across the SEO org, informed by ongoing team feedback and the evolving landscape of AI tooling
- Stay current on AI agents, automation platforms, and workflow tooling. Bring relevant developments back to the team as practical ideas they can act on
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field A master's degree is advantageous but not required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital strategy, product management, digital operations
- Demonstrated ability to gather user insights independently, including conducting conversations, mapping processes, and synthesising findings into clear recommendations
- Hands-on experience building with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms as part of regular day-to-day work
- Ability to build working prototypes or MVPs independently using no-code or low-code tools, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, or lightweight scripting
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with operators and marketeers on one side and product and engineering teams on the other
- Familiarity with automation or workflow platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent tools is a plus
- Experience with process mapping or blueprint methodologies is a plus
- Exposure to SEO, digital marketing, content operations is a plus
