Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.

Responsibilities

Design and develop automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
Execute automated test cases and analyze results to ensure software quality.
Collaborate with developers to understand application features and design test cases accordingly.
Identify, record, and track defects using defect tracking tools.
Participate in test planning and test strategy discussions with the QA team.
Continuously improve automation frameworks and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

3-6 years of experience in automation testing.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and life cycle.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Experience in API testing and tools like Postman or REST Assured.
Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or Bamboo.
