Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Insurance domain expertise to work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting the delivery of insurance technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work with insurance business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
2. Perform end-to-end requirement analysis for insurance processes such as policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, and renewals.
3. Translate business needs into BRD, FRD, user stories, and use cases.
4. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.
5. Support UAT planning and execution, including test case review and defect triage.
6. Analyze data, processes, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal insurance standards.
8. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
