HIRING: BUSINESS ANALYST (INSURANCE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION)

Are you an Insurance Domain expert with a passion for Digital Modernization We are looking for a high-caliber Business Analyst to drive system-wide changes for a major 12-month project in Kuala Lumpur!

This is a critical role within the Exclusion & Change (E&C) team, focusing on transforming high-level user journeys into robust functional requirements.

Role Overview:

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Tenure: 12-Month Contract (Extendable)
Eligibility: Local Malaysians & Locally-available Expats.
Notice Period: Immediate or < 30 days preferred.

What You Will Do:

Requirement Engineering: Facilitate sessions to translate complex business needs into detailed User Stories and Functional Specs.
Process Modernization: Prepare As-Is vs. To-Be models, defining data specifications and system integrations.
End-to-End Lifecycle: Manage the Traceability Matrix, perform risk assessments, and support UAT/Testing.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between Business and Technology to ideate technical solutions and system enhancements.

Your Expertise:

Domain Power: 3+ years specifically in Life or General Insurance.
Experience: 5+ years as a BA / Systems Analyst / Product Owner.
Methodologies: Proficient in both Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall.
Tools: Mastery of MS Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
Transformation: Proven track record in digital transformation or platform modernization projects.
