Business Analyst

Job description:

• Work closely with client to ensure requirements are captured, scope is controlled and expectations are met.
• Read and understand the project documentation; create and maintain high-quality business analysis artifacts, including function specifications, requirement documents, user story, user guide etc.
• Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure that deliverables meet the needs of both internal departments and end users.
• Work closely with team members to synthesize analysis into key features and develop actionable recommendations.
• Engage with knowledge workers to work out the system design, system workflow, system functions, and system UI when implement the projects or products.
• Review the solution from tech team to make sure the solution satisfied the clients expectation.
• Review the test case from QA team to assure the test case covers all requirements and business scenarios.
• Create/review the end to end test scenarios from business point of view.
• Perform the system acceptance testing.
• Support/(lead) the user acceptance testing, including guidance the business user to perform system test, clarifying the UAT findings, follow up the UAT bug fixing, etc.
• Demonstrate the system to business user as well as conduct the UAT and production training.

Qualifications:

• Working as a business analysis in technical application development projects.
• Strong problem resolve skills.
• Good communication skills. Able to communicate independently with co-workers such as developers, architects, project managers, especially when obtaining and clarifying information on software changes.
• Basic understanding of information technology.
• Language, English, Mandarin.
