Job Description

Description:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis and system implementation projects within financial institutions or consulting environments.
  • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Lead requirements gathering activities including stakeholder workshops, interviews, business process analysis, requirement documentation and validation.
  • Perform current-state and future-state analysis, identify process/system gaps, and support solution design aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end requirements lifecycle including requirement traceability, impact assessment, change management and prioritization.
  • Support data analysis, data mapping, data quality management, data lineage, data governance and reporting/analytics initiatives.
  • Prepare functional specifications, business process documents, user manuals, training materials, test plans, test cases and other project deliverables.
  • Support UAT execution, defect management, implementation activities and post-production support to ensure successful solution delivery.
