Job Description: Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst with up to 3 years of relevant experience to support business and project teams in analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and contributing to the successful delivery of business and system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·       Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders

·       Support senior Business Analysts in preparing BRD, FRD, process flows, and user stories

·       Assist in business process mapping and identifying improvement opportunities

·       Participate in requirement discussions, workshops, and review meetings

·       Help translate business needs into clear and structured documentation

·       Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case execution and defect tracking

·       Maintain requirement documentation and ensure changes are properly updated

·       Support project teams throughout the delivery and implementation lifecycle

·       Support to adjust some department & solution introduction material

Required Qualifications & Experience

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field

·       3 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT, operations, or related roles

·       Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin, Cantonese is advantage

·       Strong interest in business processes, systems, and problem-solving

·       Good analytical and logical thinking skills

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to document information clearly and accurately

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

·       Basic knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies

·       Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Visio

·       Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

·       Good interpersonal and collaboration skills

·       Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines

Job Description: Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and Business analyst based in Kuala Lumpur. This role requires business planning, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive end-to-end product delivery while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead end-to-end lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimization;

·       Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, customer impact;

·       Translate complex business and user requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria;

·       Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring transparency and clear priorities;

·       Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, and Data teams to deliver high-quality solutions;

·       Drive Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning;

·       Work with senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations ;

·       Support UAT, product launches, and post-release performance reviews;

·       Ability to help draft PowerPoint and make clear of product introduction;

·       Mentor and junior Business Analysts as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field;

·       Able to speak English & Mandarin ;

·       5–8+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles;

·       Proven experience leading complex digital or technology solutions;

·       Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills;

·       Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;

·       Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment;

·       Background in fintech, insurance is preferred.
