Job Summary*
Fusion team is part of ICS Cybersecurity Operations focused on enhancing detect, response and recover processes for cross-domain risks.
By analysing incident and events across domain verticals, Fusion examines business processes and controls for areas of exposure, and leverages ICS data, technology and expertise to design and implement new solutions to reduce exposure to the Bank, improve efficiency of processes, increase customer protection and reduce financial losses.
Fusion breaks down data and operational silos to provide visibility into cross-domain risks through Resilience Operations Centre reporting leveraging AI and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Deliveries:
Support and assist stream lead/team in planning, executing, and closing projects.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Support in identifying existing incident data elements for each domain or ingest them into Databricks.
Support to analyse incident reports and threat bulletins from various sources to identify notable incidents or events and to detect emerging threats and recognize trends across the threat landscape.
Support to publish a daily bulletin that provides an overview of the Bank's threat landscape, focusing on cyber threats, fraud, and financial crime.
Documentation And Reporting
Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
Support the development of project metrics and performance indicators
Prepare regular reports on project progress, risks, and issues for stakeholders and senior management.
Data Integration And Dashboard Creation
Support the integration of data into a structured format suitable for dashboard creation.
Support the team to ensure the Databricks/ Power Bi dashboard provides near real-time insights into various domains.
Stakeholder Engagement
Assist in managing relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
Support coordination of project activities and ensure that project information is communicated effectively and thereby ensure that stakeholder needs and expectations are understood and addressed
Quality Assurance
Assist in ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
Support project audits and reviews to ensure compliance with PMO processes and standards
Risk And Issue Management
Support in identifying, documenting, and monitor project risks and issues
Assist in developing mitigation plans and tracking their implementation
