Responsibilities:

• Lead client meetings/project implementation via business requirement analysis.
• Gather HRIS / Payroll requirements from stakeholders and prepare Functional Specification Documents for software customization
• Plan and develop project timeline for project implementation
• Work with external software vendors if third-party software customization or interface is involved
• Develop a test plan and perfrom internal testing for HRIS / Payroll software product
• Perform UAT Testing, HRIS/ Payroll updates and patching and software enhancement
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
• Manage technical deployment, conduct end user training, and offer ongoing support to clients and stakeholders.
• Act as the main contact for resolving project and system-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Gather post-implementation feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, HR, or a related field.
• Good understanding of HR practices and operations. Knowledge of project cycle is preferred.
• Understanding of HRIS/HCM/HRMS/ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
• Prior experience in a business analysis or HRIS consulting role is highly desirable.
• Experience with ETL processes, databases, and API integration is preferred.
• Able to use SQL query for troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A team player with initiative and good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in Python, Django, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and Power Platform (Fabric, Power Automate, Logic App) is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written English. Foreign language will be advantageous.
