Role Description

This is a contract position for a Business Analyst, based on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders and teams to communicate findings, create solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

QUALIFICATION

Degree holder preferably in Business and/or IT related discipline

Minimum 4 years working experience preferably in projects related to business IT solutions

KNOWLEDGE

Sound knowledge in general insurance products

Experience in software and systems development, lifecycle methodologies, metrics & reporting

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Customer Focus

IT savvy and experience in business analysis

API and AI knowledge

Strong people / teamwork skills

Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing business environments
