What you'll be doing:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Conduct proactive outbound calling to generate new business opportunities
  • Schedule appointments with interested prospects and qualify leads
  • Proactively network and expand the circle of prospects through various channels
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and conduct prospecting activities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets

Sales Operations & Administration

  • Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotations for prospects
  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and progress in CRM system
  • Prepare detailed sales performance reports with revenue analysis and realistic forecasting
  • Demonstrate capability to drive sales process from initial planning to successful closure
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Client Relationship Management

  • Re-engage previous prospects to identify current buying intentions and opportunities
  • Conduct email outreach and follow-ups with potentially interested prospects
  • Maintain proper list of customers engaged and update records in CRM system
  • Attend client meetings together with Sales Director to understand customer requirements
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Business Development & Support

  • Involve in preparation of tenders and compilation of technical requirements
  • Support the sales team in achieving collective revenue goals
  • Provide market feedback and intelligence to inform business strategy
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution proposals
  • Contribute to sales strategy planning and execution

Job Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in full sales cycle management from prospecting to closure
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and client relationship management

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Proficient in working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in using CRM systems for sales tracking and pipeline management
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Strong ability to prepare professional quotations and proposals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction
