Role Description

This is a full time on site role for a Business Development Executive based in KL. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in sales, business development, and digital driven B2B solutions.

The Business Development Executive will support lead generation activities, assist in identifying new business opportunities, and help build and maintain relationships with customers. The role involves working closely with senior team members and internal departments to support sales initiatives, customer engagement, and overall business growth.

Training and guidance will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer acquisition, with a desire to build a career in B2B sales.
  • Basic understanding of lead generation, follow up, and sales pipeline concepts, with willingness to learn consultative selling.
  • Comfortable engaging prospects through calls, messages, emails, and online platforms.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organised, detail oriented, and able to maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
  • Proactive, self motivated, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and openness to learning new products, industries, and sales techniques.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, email marketing, or WhatsApp campaigns is an advantage
  • Interest in SaaS solutions, smart manufacturing, Halal certification, or food safety systems is an added advantage.
