Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Kuala Lumpur. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining and growing client relationships, conducting lead generation activities, and managing accounts. The role also involves effective communication with stakeholders, understanding client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue goals and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies to identify and secure growth opportunities.
  • Strong skills in Business and Account Management for nurturing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing is an advantage.
