Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Kelang. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, generating leads, and performing account management duties. The role requires effectively communicating with potential and existing clients to drive revenue growth, align solutions with customer needs, and support the overall sales strategy of the organization.

- Exceptional verbal and written Communication skills
- Proficiency in managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Professional aptitude in presenting and pitching services to diverse industries
- Previous knowledge or experience in calibration services or a related technical field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
