We're #Hiring Business Development Executive!
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our market presence, build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Present, promote and sell company products/services through effective presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals and ensure timely processing of orders to achieve agreed sales targets.
- Establish, develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and participate in team meetings.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (preferred).
