Job Description

We're #Hiring Business Development Executive!

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our market presence, build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Present, promote and sell company products/services through effective presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals and ensure timely processing of orders to achieve agreed sales targets.
  • Establish, develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies and participate in team meetings.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (preferred).
