Job Description

Role Description

  1. Generate and qualify leads to create new sales opportunities.
  2. Works closely with end customers to move sales opportunities to closure.
  3. Sets and executes sales strategy for assigned portion of account.
  4. Aggressively reviews account activities in pursuit of new business or up-selling opportunities.
  5. Builds targeted sales pipeline and forecasts data driven sales activities.
  6. Account servicing and close new business deals or expand existing business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Account management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook is a plus
  • Experience in the training industry is a plus
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Accountable
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Min 1-2 years working experience in related fields such as telemarketing sales, customer service and/ or inbound sale
