Your Role in VT Markets:

As our Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in driving VT Markets expansion across Indian markets through strategic partnership development and client acquisition. Working closely with our global business development and marketing teams, you will focus on building and managing a robust portfolio of affiliate and institutional partners while identifying new growth opportunities within the FX and Multi-asset industry. Your role will be critical in achieving our ambitious growth targets and establishing VT Markets as a leading presence in the Indian trading landscape.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through comprehensive market research and lead generation within the Indian Multi-asset industry
  • Expand and manage VT Markets portfolio of affiliates, institutional partners, and strategic alliances across Indian markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
  • Actively prospect, qualify, and convert potential clients through strategic outreach and relationship building
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring superior customer service standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and client relations to deliver comprehensive solutions to partners
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly business development targets and KPIs

What we are looking for:

  • Must have prior experience in Fx trading, Cfd industry
  • Proven experience in B2B Multi-asset Instrument or Multi-asset sales, account management, or business development roles
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client portfolios
  • Deep understanding of multi-asset markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and client needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders
