Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and overseeing account management. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational growth and achieve sales targets, in addition to preparing proposals and quotations, and managing tender submissions effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, preferably in service-based or contract-driven environments.
- Strong skills in business strategy and account management, with experience handling B2B clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build, manage, and retain long-term client relationships
- Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and managing tender submissions
- Ability to understand client requirements through site assessments and provide tailored solutions
- Strong coordination skills to work with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
