Job Description

We are seeking motivated and driven Business Development Executives to support the growth of our training business and build lasting client relationships.

This role focuses on setting appointments, presenting training solutions, and managing client relationships. The scope may include supporting different business units over time, depending on business needs. This position is suitable for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are keen to build a career in sales and client engagement within the training and human development industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Set appointments and engage with clients, with guidance from senior sales team
  2. Provide support in client solution development, including proposal preparation and presentations, with structured coaching and product guidance from senior team members
  3. Work towards sales targets set by management, with close monitoring and support initially, progressing towards greater independence over time
  4. Assist in managing existing key accounts, sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client relationships
  5. Support identification of new sales opportunities and account growth
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities (database management)
  7. Support and execute digital and traditional marketing initiatives in collaboration with the team to support lead generation and achieve sales goals
  8. Support client meetings, training programmes, networking sessions, or events when required
  9. Coordinate internally with facilitators, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery after a sale is confirmed
  10. Prepare basic sales reports, proposals, sales-related materials, and other administrative documentation

Key Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in any field (fresh graduates and individuals seeking a career change are welcome to apply)
  • Interest in sales, business development, HR, or client-facing role
  • Good spoken and written English, with strong communication and presentation skills, and comfortable speaking with clients and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, persistent in follow-ups, and comfortable working towards targets
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and incentivized environment
  • Willing to travel, drive, and work extended hours, or on selected weekends, to meet sales targets
