Role Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding market reach. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and create strategies to meet sales and revenue targets. This role also involves analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Puchong.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop business strategies.
- Proficiency in ICT and CCTV technologies; familiarity with solutions from brands such as UNIVIEW, DAHUA, or RUIJIE is a plus.
- Experience in project-based businesses, particularly in supporting system integrators and SMEs.
- Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
