Job Description

Job Summary

The Bancassurance Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth through strategic partner management, sales performance improvement and execution of key initiatives across Bancassurance Channel

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage and strengthen relationship with bank partners and key stakeholders
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to maximize business potential
  • Monitor sales performance and implement actions to improve productivity
  • Plan and execute campaigns, promotions and partners engagement activities
  • Provide training, coaching and support bank partners
  • Any other duties as and when deem necessary

Key Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bancassurance , insurance or financial services
  • Proven track record in sales, business development or account management
  • Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel and work with Business Partners
