Your new role
You will be responsible for driving revenue by acquiring new clients and securing event projects, sponsorships, and partnerships. The role involves generating leads, preparing and pitching event proposals, managing client relationships, and closing deals while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Drive new business by identifying, pitching, and securing event and experiential projects through consultative discussions and tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing sales pipelines and working towards revenue and growth targets.
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and presentations that align event concepts and branding solutions with client objectives.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals professionally, ensuring long‑term client value and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and clear alignment from planning to execution.
- Monitor market trends, client needs, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong sales, communication, and presentation skills with confidence, engaging clients at various levels.
- Background in events, marketing, sales, or business development, ideally within agency, media, or solution‑based environments.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, project‑based setting.
