Are you passionate about driving the future of clean energy We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BESS) to join our team and play a key role in expanding our energy storage solutions across the region.
In this role, you will not only lead business development activities but also be actively involved in project planning, coordination, and execution for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the BESS and renewable energy segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, EPC contractors, consultants, and government bodies.
- Conduct market studies, competitor analysis, and identify emerging opportunities in the energy storage sector.
- Lead proposal preparation, pricing strategy, and tender submissions for BESS-related projects.
- Collaborate closely with technical, engineering, and project teams to deliver end-to-end project solutions.
- Drive project planning, execution, and monitoring alongside the project team to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Prepare business presentations, project proposals, commercial reports, and strategic plans.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Energy, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in renewable energy, power systems, or BESS.
- Strong understanding of energy storage technologies, power systems, or large-scale energy projects.
- Proven track record in managing commercial negotiations and closing business deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project coordination or project management experience is an added advantage.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
