Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in staffing and recruitment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management.
• Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry forums.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen (local candidates only).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in staffing/recruitment or HR solutions.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
