Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Daily tasks will include market research, prospecting, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and aligning business development efforts with overall company goals.

• Proficiency in client relationship management and strategic partnership development
• Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate contracts
• Experience in preparing business proposals and delivering presentations
• Time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or related roles is preferred
