Join us as a Business Development Manager in Malaysia and play a pivotal role in driving growth across Malaysia. In this high-impact role, you will focus on acquiring new business, converting competitor accounts, and expanding our presence through strong collaboration with distributor partners. You will spend the majority of your time identifying growth opportunities, developing targeted strategies with distributors, and converting underpenetrated or competitive accounts into long-term customers. At the same time, you will manage and strengthen existing distributor relationships to sustain and grow current business.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities while expanding share of wallet within existing accounts. This includes leading sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and influencing product adoption across Envista's portfolio. You will partner closely with distributors and internal stakeholders to identify priority accounts, execute joint customer engagement strategies, and deliver premium service to high-value customers. A key aspect of the role is building strong relationships with clinicians, key opinion leaders, and decision-makers to influence product selection and strengthen market penetration. In addition, you will leverage market insights and competitive intelligence to shape sales strategies and drive business performance.
