Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Market Expansion
- Build and diversify a pipeline of Introducing Brokers (IBs), partners, and clients by leveraging personal networks and proactive outreach to drive trading activity, expand the customer base, and strengthen the company's presence in targeted markets.
2. Partner Support & Negotiation
- Offer hands-on support for technical issues such as system or account errors, commission/rebate discrepancies, etc.; escalate to appropriate teams for effective resolution when necessary.
- Deliver timely updates to partners on new products, platform enhancements, promotional campaigns, and policy changes to ensure partners are well-informed and aligned.
- Equip IBs and partners with relevant marketing materials, merchandise, and rewards to support client engagement and retention efforts.
- Negotiate commission and rebate structures with IBs and partners to ensure sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships and long-term business growth.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with internal departments such as Client Support, Operations, and Marketing to resolve client and partner issues, including rebate discrepancies, account problems, and platform-related concerns.
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure alignment and clear communication on product updates, promotional campaigns, and service enhancements.
4. Market Research
- Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Share relevant insights and feedback with internal stakeholders as needed to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Skills & Experience that WOW US
- Minimum 12 years of working experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role in any industry; experience in financial services or fintech is an added advantage.
- Foundational understanding of the forex market, trading products, brokerage business models, CRM systems, and the client onboarding process is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, or Cantonese is an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, foster trust, and attract clients or partners to the company's trading services.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable, with a strong willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
