Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities across Malaysia
  • Acquire and manage clients through door-to-door outreach, field visits and business networking
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of XTransfer's products and services
  • Represent XTransfer at trade fairs, conferences and industry networking events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing
  • Travel within Malaysia to meet clients on-site

Job Requirements:

  • Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 35 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Fluent in Malay, English and Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency is to liaise with China-based suppliers and Chinese-speaking clients
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • High emotional intelligence, empathy and customer service mindset
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Background (Strong Advantage):

  • Cross-border payment handling (especially to China-based suppliers)
  • Logistics / freight forwarding sales
  • Wholesale industries (3C electronics, garments, furniture, building materials, etc.)
  • B2B trading business with China
  • Existing network in China-trade ecosystem
