Job Responsibility

Market Research & Analysis

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients

Sales & Revenue Growth

Strategic Partnerships

Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to deliver client solutions

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, client interactions, and market feedback
Provide regular reports to management on business development progress

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: 15 years in sales, marketing, or business development (depending on seniority).
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Relationship-building and networking abilities
Market research and analytical skills
Goal-oriented, with strong sales and closing techniques
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Possess own transport and willing to Travel.
