YOUR TASKS

  • Partner closely with business leaders to drive people strategies aligned with business goals and organizational growth.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding activities to attract and retain high-performing talent.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and develop programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning to strengthen organizational capability.
  • Manage performance review processes, salary review coordination, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to implement HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment is an added advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, coaching, and influencing abilities.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Passionate about people development and creating a high-performance culture.
