We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead revenue growth, market expansion, and corporate development initiatives. This role will play a critical part in shaping the company's long-term strategy, with a strong emphasis on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, and investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams
- Oversee sales, business development, and key account management functions
- Establish pricing strategies and optimize product/service positioning
2. M&A and Corporate Development
- Lead end-to-end M&A activities including deal sourcing, evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and execution
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of acquisition targets, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
- Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis, and commercial due diligence
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors on transaction execution
- Lead post-merger integration to ensure value realization and synergy capture
3. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and market penetration
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements aligned with long-term objectives
- Manage relationships with key partners, investors, and stakeholders
4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Translate insights into actionable strategies to strengthen market positioning
- Provide recommendations to the Board and CEO on growth and investment opportunities
5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and Board on strategic initiatives and capital allocation
- Lead and build high-performing commercial and corporate development teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally (finance, legal, operations) to drive execution excellence
Requirements
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA preferred)
- 12–18+ years of experience in commercial leadership, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance/M&A roles
- Proven track record in executing M&A deals end-to-end and driving commercial growth
- Strong financial acumen with experience in valuation, deal structuring, and negotiations
- Experience in regional or cross-border transactions is highly advantageous
