As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will partner closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders to provide financial direction, ensure operational excellence, and enable long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall financial strategy, aligning business goals with sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Oversee core finance functions including financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, treasury, commercial finance, and digital payments.
  • Drive the design and management of incentive and rewards structures to support performance, engagement, and compliance across a global sales network.
  • Lead end-to-end financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and performance analysis.
  • Manage capital structure, funding strategies, investment decisions, and financial risk.
  • Oversee and enhance digital payment systems to ensure secure, seamless, and efficient transactions across regions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align operational planning with financial targets and improve business efficiency.
  • Provide commercial insights on pricing strategies, promotions, and market expansion to drive business performance.
  • Lead strategic initiatives including mergers & acquisitions, business transformation, tax planning, and cost optimisation.
  • Establish and strengthen financial governance, controls, and compliance frameworks across all markets.
  • Present financial performance, insights, and risk assessments to the CEO and Board to support strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on long-term strategy, growth opportunities, and expansion plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) or MBA preferred.
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive-level role.
  • Experience in multinational environments, ideally within network-driven, e-commerce, or consumer-focused industries.
  • Strong strategic thinking with deep expertise in financial planning, treasury, and corporate finance.
  • Solid understanding of incentive structures, global tax frameworks, and commercial finance.
  • Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, and digital payment ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive cross-regional alignment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including Board-level engagement.
