Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the Group's financial strategy, planning, and management to support sustainable growth and profitability within the F&B business. This role will lead financial governance, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and compliance while providing strategic insights to support business expansion, outlet performance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Prior experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or multi-outlet businesses is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of outlet-based P&L, cost structures, and margin management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, providing financial insights for decision-making.
• Support business expansion initiatives including new outlets, franchising, and market entry.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for outlets, central kitchen, and corporate functions.
• Monitor outlet-level P&L, food cost, labor cost, and operational margins.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability.

Accounting & Financial Control

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and treasury functions.
• Implement strong internal controls, financial policies, and risk management frameworks.

Cost Management & Efficiency

• Drive cost optimization initiatives across food cost, supply chain, logistics, and manpower.
• Work closely with Operations and Procurement to manage pricing, margins, and vendor negotiations.
• Monitor CAPEX and ROI for new outlets, renovations, and equipment investments.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and audit processes.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee corporate governance, financial reporting, and board-level documentation.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop the finance team across accounting, finance, and payroll functions.
• Build a high-performance finance team with strong business partnering capabilities.
• Establish scalable finance processes to support business growth.
