Job Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas e-commerce agency clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Deeply understand client needs, define business objectives, develop operational strategies, and drive execution.
2. Business Development Support:
- Assist BD teams in client conversion by participating in proposal writing, solution design, and commercial negotiations, providing expert operational insights.
- Deliver customized operational solutions based on client requirements, ensuring feasibility and competitiveness.
3. Project Management & Execution:
- Oversee end-to-end project management, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Monitor project revenue and GMV growth, conduct regular performance reviews, and optimize strategies to enhance client ROI.
4. Client Expectation Management:
- Set and manage client expectations, provide timely project updates, address feedback, and resolve issues to ensure smooth progress.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and minimize client churn.
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce operations, account management, or project management; prior experience in overseas e-commerce agency operations is a plus.
- Excellent client communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently draft proposals and deliver presentations.
- Results-driven, resilient under pressure, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional resources and drive goal achievement.
- Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin Language, able to communicate effectively with overseas clients; Trilligual in Malaywill be a plus.
