Client Success Associate

We're partnering with fast growing Singapore digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses grow through SEO and digital strategies, so you'll be working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

We're looking for a Client Success to support project coordination and client communication, someone who can keep timelines on track while ensuring clients are well-managed and expectations are aligned.

Salary: up to MYR 3500

Working Arrangement: Fully remote

What will you be doing

• Build strong client relationships by managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction
• Work closely with internal teams, acting as the bridge between client needs and execution
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to keep projects running smoothly
• Use ClickUp (or similar tools) to maintain visibility and support team collaboration

Who you are

• Experienced in managing client relationships and delivering a positive client experience
• Able to understand and translate technical context between clients and internal teams
• Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
• Familiar with ClickUp or similar project management tools
• Strong in resolving stakeholder concerns and building alignment
• Comfortable handling multiple clients while keeping communication clear and reassuring
• Detail-oriented in documenting discussions and action items
• Takes ownership and follows through to ensure nothing is missed

You'll sit between clients and the team, bringing structure and keeping delivery on track.

You don't need to be technical, but you should be curious, adaptable, and comfortable solving problems in situations that don't always have a clear template.
