Job Description

We are looking for a CSR Communications Manager to lead and elevate storytelling for RYTHM Foundation, the Group's social impact initiative. While part of the core Communications team, this role is dedicated to developing and executing strategies that bring the Foundation's mission and impact to life across diverse platforms.

In this role, you will craft compelling narratives, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and drive measurable impact through strategic communications.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communications

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking communications strategy aligned with RYTHM Foundation and QI Group goals
  • Integrate CSR narratives into broader Group communications while maintaining the Foundation's distinct voice

Impact-Driven Storytelling

  • Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content (articles, blogs, press releases, reports, marketing materials)
  • Shape storytelling frameworks that highlight measurable impact and human-centered stories
  • Ensure ethical storytelling that respects and uplifts beneficiaries voices

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the key communications partner to internal teams, ensuring accurate and impactful storytelling

Digital & Thought Leadership

  • Drive innovative storytelling formats (video, podcasts, interactive content) to expand reach
  • Position RYTHM Foundation as a thought leader through content, speaking opportunities, and award submissions

Digital Asset Management

  • Oversee and optimize the foundation's sites
  • Work closely with developers and designers to enhance user experience, accessibility, and SEO
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve content effectiveness

Performance & Team Leadership

  • Track and analyze content performance to refine strategies and maximize engagement
  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators, freelancers, and designers

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in CSR communications, corporate communications, or social impact storytelling
  • Strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills, with SEO knowledge
  • Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with CMS and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience with multimedia or podcast content is an advantage
