About the Job
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle order processing, support customers, and build good relationships with key accounts. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, responding to inquiries, and ensuring smooth order delivery. Job Responsibilities
Order Handling & Coordination
Process customer orders accurately and ensure all information is correctly keyed into the system.
Track and monitor order progress, updating customers on timelines or potential delays.
Collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure orders are completed and delivered on schedule.
Manage order amendments, cancellations, and related enquiries efficiently.
Issue job orders and maintain proper documentation throughout the process.
Customer Interaction & Support
Provide prompt responses to customer queries through phone calls, emails, or messaging platforms.
Maintain positive relationships by engaging with customers regularly and offering proactive support.
Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise with customers on job details, artwork information, and delivery matters.
Administrative & Data Management
Prepare credits, quotations, order acknowledgements, and formal letters to customers.
Record and update important customer data such as order history, delivery performance, and feedback.
Generate reports and analyses when required.
Assist in monitoring finished goods and coordinating delivery schedules.
Key Account Support
Strengthen relationships with major clients through consistent follow-ups and service quality.
Contribute ideas and strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct quarterly visits to key customers to understand needs and gather insights.
Address escalated issues and collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions.
Qualifications & Experiences Needed
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 12 years of similar experience will have an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving abilities and good communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Matriculated/A-Level, Masters/ Post Graduate, School Certificate / N or O-Level, PhD/ Doctorate, Diploma, Bachelors/ Degree, ITC/NTC/Vocational
