Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responding to Customer Inquiries: Addressing customer inquiries, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally through various channels such as phone calls, emails, live chats, or social media platforms.
  • Providing Product or Service Information: Offering accurate and detailed information about products or services to customers, including features, pricing, promotions, and technical specifications.
  • Assisting with Orders and Transactions: Guiding customers through the ordering process, providing assistance with product selection, processing payments, and ensuring smooth transactions.

Job Requirements

  • Experienced in Customer Service role.
  • Education qualification of SPM and above.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Can multitask, detail-oriented, and possess good problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Interested in resolving issues, answering inquiries, and handling customer complaints.
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as a team player.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Good computer skills, including multitasking and navigating various windows.
  • Experience in handling social media or knowledge in that field will be considered a plus.
