We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Petalying Jaya,Selangor. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist customers in understanding product features and troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to improve service skills and product knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay Bhasa.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
  • Ability to work in rotational-shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
