- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve service skills and product knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay Bhasa.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
