- Handle Customer Complaints, Provide Appropriate Solution And Alternatives Within The Time Limits , Follow Up To Ensure Resolution
-Basic Computer Knowledge
-Carry Out Clerical Duties , Including Answering Phones and Preparing Documents
- Time-Management Skills , Multitasking And Ability To Prioritize Tasks
- Dealing With Email Enquiries
- Assist Sales Team To Prepare Quotation , PO , Invoice , Price List and Report
- Keep Records and Reports Up To Date
