Job Description

We are excited to share that we are hiring for our client for the role of Customer Support Executive in Cyberjaya & Selangor. If you are fluent in Mandarin (with good proficiency in English) and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, this could be a great fit for you!

  • Position: Customer Support Executive
  • Language Requirement: Mandarin & English
  • Entry-level opportunity with training provided
  • Shift rotation as required

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions via calls or online channels
  • Provide timely support and resolutions for routine issues
  • Demonstrate empathy and build rapport with customers
  • Accurately document and track interactions
  • Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Basic computer and multitasking skills
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable
  • Prior call center experience is a plus
