Delivery Manager

We're Hiring: Delivery Manager!

We are looking for an experiencedDelivery Managerwho can lead end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful outcomes for our clients. The ideal candidate is articulate, highly organized, and strong in stakeholder management. Experience inInsurance Operations (preferably Claims)andSalesforceis required.

• Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical teams, and delivery outcomes.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, quality, and efficiency.
• Work closely with Insurance Operations teams, specifically withinClaims, to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Manage Salesforce-related projects, enhancements, or integrations as needed.
  
  

• 10 – 15 yearsexperience in Project Management or Delivery Management.
• Strong communication, planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience inInsurancedomain;Claims operationsexperience is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience managingSalesforceprojects or working closely with Salesforce teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  
  

• Project management certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum).
• Experience with cross-country teams or large-scale digital transformation projects.
